Me Time does not offer any refunds. However, we value our customers and will offer exchanges only for candles or products that have not been burned or used. If you receive a damaged product or need to make an exchange, send an email to metime@metimecandles.com.
We offer free shipping on orders that are $100 or more. Shipping costs may vary for orders under $100 depending on weight. All orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping.
